Writing does not always come easily to me. People who know me often recognize when I have used a tool to help with the wording. I prefer to be upfront about that.
I use machine learning tools to help with research, organize my thoughts, and draft or refine what I write. That assistance can be substantial. The purpose is to communicate my ideas more clearly.
When I send an email or share a document under my name, I own the final message. Using a tool does not transfer that responsibility.

ML means machine learning. I use these tools for research and writing assistance, including drafting, structure, grammar, and clarity.

“Polished” is shorthand for the assistance behind the finished work. It can include research and drafting as well as editing. The signature acknowledges that help while keeping authorship and accountability with me.
